Kirsten embarked on her career with a deep passion for helping others heal and find comfort in their bodies. Her journey began in earnest, marked by a commitment to enhancing the well-being of individuals from all walks of life.
A significant part of Kirsten’s career has been dedicated to continued education and hands-on training. One of her passions is prenatal and postnatal care as well as understanding the unique needs of expectant and new mothers. Her gentle touch and vast knowledge provide solace and relief during the transformative stages of motherhood. In addition to her work with mothers, Kirsten possesses a unique skill set in breast massage, a specialized therapy that promotes breast health, relief, and comfort. This valuable expertise has helped many women suffering from engorgement, mastitis, cystic and fibrous breast tissue.
Another area where Kirsten truly shines is in her work with infants, children, and youth. Her gentle and patient approach has brought relief and comfort to countless families, helping children find a sense of ease and connection within their own bodies.
Moreover, Kirsten is no stranger to the world of sports, having worked extensively with both professional and amateur athletes. Kirsten is also proficient in cupping, fascial stretching, as well as fascial stripping techniques; offering a well-rounded approach to massage therapy that addresses various needs and preferences.
Kirsten’s incredible journey in the field of massage therapy is all the more inspiring considering her own personal challenges. Having survived a harrowing accident caused by a drunk driver that left her suffering with life-altering injuries, she defied medical opinions and insurmountable odds. As a result, she understands firsthand the
importance of healing the body and mind as a whole. She strongly believes that hope, willpower, meditation, mindfulness, resilience, support, and care from the right modalities and practitioners are vital. This life-changing experience has deepened her resolve, understanding and commitment to helping others overcome adversity and find comfort in their bodies.

After spending years in the corporate world and becoming a mom, I made the exciting decision to follow my passion to a career as a Massage Therapist. Coming from a diverse background, I understand just how stress affects our bodies and minds.
During my training I learned the importance of muscle structure and how best to treat acute and chronic pain. I approach each client with an assessment followed by a therapeutic and energetic treatment. It is important to me that you leave feeling better than you came in.
Though I am a recent grad I carry a wealth of knowledge when it comes to sports, injury and holistic healing. I love everything active and can be found spending my free time on the water either kayaking or in a dragon boat. I am a Level 1 Somatic exercise teacher and Reiki practitioner.

Throughout my entire life, my love for sports has been a constant thread. My journey began with rugby at the age of 8, and while it remained my favorite, I also explored other physical activities such as dance, soccer, and taekwondo. Rugby, in particular, ignited my fascination with injuries and the remarkable healing process of the human body.
Presently, I am an enthusiastic gym-goer, appreciating not only the personal benefits it brings but also its positive impact on my professional life. Armed with my gym experiences, I can guide my clients in performing home exercises and stretches accurately, ensuring optimal results.
A proud graduate of Makami College, I have spent the past year working in multidisciplinary clinics, completing a rigorous 3000-hour program that provided extensive hands-on learning opportunities. The collaborative environment of healthcare practitioners has been a source of both challenge and inspiration for me. Working alongside professionals from diverse backgrounds has broadened my knowledge, which I am eager to share with others.

I have always been so interested in the body, how it works, and understanding all of its moving parts.
Growing up, I experienced health issues that led me to asking the question of, “why?”, which led me on my own beautiful healing journey.
Since coming to understand key pillars of health, and the importance of creating balance within the body and soul for myself, I now have a passion for helping others get to the root cause of their conditions so they can create healing for themselves too!

In high school I suffered devastating injuries to both of my knees. At the time these injuries felt like a death of my former self, now I realize it was the catalyst to discovering my passion for healing the body.
I worked as a Personal Fitness Trainer for six years before deciding to go back to school to study Massage Therapy. I immediately fell in love with massage. The body is so intriguing and I am fascinated by client’s responses to various treatments and modalities.
